Working with clinicians, commissioners and services to deliver resources and training in guided self-help for eating difficulties.
MyTransitions is an online self-help tool that provides access to a range of interventions, media and applications that have been specifically designed to inspire, aid learning, build resilience and promote emotional wellbeing.
The online application is for your use via your client profile, it is not a social media platform and does not give you access to connect to peers, join groups or communicate with others using the application.
The online application is designed as an early help and preventative tool, it is not designed to be a specialist mental health intervention, treatment or crisis service. If you find yourself in a mental health crisis this online application cannot provide you with the support that you need. Any message left on the system will not be picked up and responded to as an emergency and we cannot guarantee will be seen by our IT team whose role is to offer technical support only.
We recommend that, if you are in a crisis, you contact one or more of the following:
- your GP;
- your local emergency services – including police and /or Accident & Emergency services;
- your local Mental Health First Response Team (if you have one);
- ChildLine on 0800 1111; or
